LoadXtreme Update: Service to Resume on January 2008

A previous advisory was made that normal operation will resume first week of December. For those who are still waiting for LoadXtreme to resume normal operation, here is the latest update from the main website

Portal Innovations Corporation’s LoadXtreme program will resume its normal prepaid product distribution thru its 3-tier network (MD-Dealer-Retailer) on January 2008 as opposed to an earlier announced 1st week of December 2007.

As much as we would like to push through to resume normal operations within 1st week of December, there are several things that should be considered and resolved including legal aspects and policies since the inclusion of a new business partner.

Rest assured that after Loadxtreme resume its normal service, several improvements will take effect so as to deliver a premium prepaid product distribution service. These improvements will focus towards strengthening Traditional Retailing, Sales or Production quotas for business alliances (MDs, Dealers, Retailers) and more structured internal policies.

Again, we are seeking for your continuous support.

Thank you.

PLX LoadXtreme Advisory

Here is the latest PLX LoadXtreme Advisory

Loading Services Temporarily Suspended
Announcements (11/23/2007)

We are currently suspending our prepaid loading services for all Over-the-Air (OTA) and electronic pins (e-pins) starting today, 23 November 2007 until 1st week of December 2007.

As much as we would like to have a seamless transition to a better and stable service, it is impossible to have continuous daily operations, including prepaid product loading. We are again asking for your understanding and acceptance for this situation. All our active Dealers and Retailers will receive sms-broadcast once our loading service is available.

We are currently addressing our problem on stability by proposing and hopefully gaining the acceptance of an investor who will obviously help us financially. At the same time, we are finalizing our agreement with our Master Dealers on strengthening our traditional marketing of products to keep the momentum up after resuming services.

Rest assured that we, Portal Innovations Corporation, are still true to our Mission of empowering the underprivileged.

We hope you will be with us through these tough times.

Thank You.

Take a break, have some laugh :d

A NEW CHAIRMAN

Bill Gates organized an enormous session to recruit a new Chairman for Microsoft Europe.

5000 candidates assembled in a large room. One candidate is MARIO DIMACULANGAN.

Bill Gates: Thank you for coming. Those who do not know JAVA may leave.

2000 people leave the room.

MARIO says to himself, 'I do not know JAVA but I have nothing to lose if I stay. I'll give it a try'

Bill Gates: Candidates who never had experience of managing more than 100 people may leave.

2000 people leave the room.

Mario says to himself ' I never managed anybody by myself but I have nothing to lose if I stay. What can happen to me?' So he stays.

Bill Gates: Candidates who do not have management diplomas may leave.

500 people leave the room.

Mario says to himself, 'I left school at 15 but what have I got to lose?' So he stays in the room.

Lastly, Bill Gates asked the candidates who do not speak Serbo - Croat to leave.

498 people leave the room.

Mario says to himself, ' I do not speak one word of Serbo - Croat but what do I have to lose?'

So he stays and finds himself with one other candidate.

Everyone else has gone.

Bill Gates joined them and said 'Apparently you are the only two candidates who speak Serbo - Croat, so I'd now like to hear you have a conversation together in that language.'

Calmly, Mario turns to the other candidate and says `unsa ma na, dong'

The other candidate answers 'ambot, bay..'

LoadXtreme Update: SMS Notification on Online Transactions Removed?

My mobile phone number is registered at my LoadXtreme account. Since I have been a LoadXtreme dealer, I received SMS notification for all LoadXtreme online transactions that are conducted on my account.

For almost a week now, I noticed that the SMS notifications for all my online transactions except for the Reload Request had stopped coming. I know this because I seldom transact using my mobile phone.

If it is another policy change for LoadXtreme, I hope they will take the time to inform their dealers and retailers.

LoadXtreme Guaranteed Retail Override (GRO) Update

When I joined as LoadXtreme dealers, GRO earnings are reflected real time. When I say real time, earnings from my own retail transactions and that of my retailers are automatically reflected and can be viewed on my online account.

The automatic update has served me well as it keeps me updated on who among the retailers are performing well. I feel somehow more secure that my GRO earnings are really credited into my account. About 3 weeks ago, LoadXtreme decided to implement a weekly account update on GRO earnings of dealers.

When I contacted customer support just a few days after the implementation, the customer support informed me that GRO earnings for the week until Monday will be credited on Wednesdays. My second inquiry as to when GRO earnings will be credited was answered with like "We will inform you when GRO earnings will be implemented because the system is still being tested to be sure that correct GRO earnings will credited." I was waiting for the notice and even checked the main website yet no notice was dispatched.

Since it is Thursday today, I decided to check. GRO earnings were credited. No notice was given, again.

PLX LoadXtreme Update: Minimum Maintaining Balance

Although I dispose or retail electronic loads, I seldom use my mobile phone since I prefer to use the online loading facility. Last Oct. 24, I needed to use my mobile phone for international messaging so naturally, I turn to my loading account. Unfortunately, I received a message saying that I am below the maintaining balance of Php500.00 for dealers.

Before the said event, LoadXtreme services was unaccessible for about 2 days. I presume the 2 days were used to update LoadXtreme's system to accommodate the recent policy changes. This is my own presumption since I am aware how it is to implement new changes on an existing system. Is my presumption true? Those who have limited or no knowledge at all regarding technical issues, will they understand? Can't LoadXtreme create a redundant system where such changes can be tested such that there will be no downtime on their services?

Well, that's an unannounced policy change again on the part of LoadXtreme. I wonder how many policy changes are they going to implement in the next days.

Full advisory for maintaining balance below. I have not fully digested the contents but I know that the charges applied - Php5.00 for retailers and Php25.00 for dealers - per calenday day that the account is below the maintaining balance is considered exorbitant. Even banks do not charge that much.

NEW POLICY ON MINIMUM MAINTAINING LOAD WALLET BALANCE(10/28/2007)

To our valued Retailers and Dealers:

Please be advised that starting immediately, the following amount of maintaining balance in your LoadXtreme Load Wallet should be observed to continue availing of our services:

• Retailers – P100

• Dealers – P500

Within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of registration in LoadXtreme, new or prospective Dealers and Retailers will be restricted from dispensing prepaid products against their load wallet when their balances fall below P500 and P100 respectively.

After the 30-day period, Dealers and Retailers shall be allowed to fully use their load wallet balances even when they fall below the minimum maintaining balance requirement. However, a corresponding fee of P5 (for Retailers) and P25 (for Dealers) shall be charged for every calendar day that the load wallet balance is below the required minimum. Should an account reaches zero (0.00) balance, the system will deactivate the said account in the LoadXtreme database after thirty (30) calendar days.

Dealers and Retailers who registered on or before October 26, 2007 and have load wallet balance falling below the required minimum maintaining balance shall be restricted to fully use their load wallet balance until November 5, 2007. After the said date, their balances may be fully accessed and consumed subject to the minimum maintaining balance policy as stated above. This is in view of improving our services to better serve you and our clients.

Please watch out for further announcements.

30 pcs pricelist

30 pcs brochure (Retailer Guide)
1 pc Tarpaulin
1 pc Guidebook

You still have a few days more to get your own Dealer's Kit. In case you need assistance, contact details are posted at the sidebar.

LoadXtreme Retailer Kit Free P30 Load Replaced

In line with Portal Innovation Company's (LoadXtreme) continous improvement providing quality service to its members, the original Free Php30.00 for every retailer kit is being replaced.

A copy of the announcement posted on LoadXtreme's website is posted below for reference.

To add more value and long term benefits to Dealers and Retailers, we would like to announce that effective October 1, 2007, all FREE 30 PLX loads contained in every unregistered Retailer kit shall be removed and will be replaced by Merchant Tie-up Discounts.

It should be taken into consideration that the FREE 30 PLX loads that are automatically loaded each time a Retailer account is registered, is originally intended to let the new Retailers test the system with regards to capability to dispense loads. And since LoadXtreme is already in its third year (since October 2004) and Portal has been providing universal loads for more than four years already, the original purpose of the FREE load has already been met. LoadXtreme has reached its maturity and its technology has shown its reliability when it comes to dispensing loads.

As a replacement to the FREE loads, Marketing is already finalizing the list of Merchant tie-ups that would entitle each card-carrying member to outright discounts from participating products and services.

The merchant tie-ups would provide long term benefits to LoadXtreme members as discounts far outweigh the one-time benefit brought by the FREE 30 PLX test load.

LoadXtreme Access Control List (ACL) Beta Test

I noticed today that a new menu was added to my LoadXtreme virtual office

Cell number ACL (BETA TEST)
Define Access List for Cell number (BETA TEST)

Previously, any number or SIM can transact using a single account as long as they know the ID number and PIK of the retailer or dealer. With this feature, retailers and dealers can now specify the mobile phone numbers that can transact. To activate this feature, log-in to your virtual office and input the allowed mobile numbers.

If there are no entries then anybody can use it. I suggest activating the features and placing the mobile number/s to keep your accounts secure.

LoadXtreme Online Transaction Back

After some days that seem like a long time, product codes are now again back online which can mean both online and mobile transactions are now again OK.

I'll be checking it myself tomorrow once I made a deposit for my eload wallet.

Do not forget to activate your accounts to the new GPS system. And I think, if you still have funds to be credited, it would be better if you deposit for youself instead of asking or making transfer transaction from your dealers. This way, you can get back your old funds faster.

How's the service of the new GPS implemented by Portal LoadXtreme? Share your thoughts at the forum. Join here.

GPS: A New Service from LoadXtreme

This is an update found on LoadXtreme website. With the past weeks' interruption in the service, I hope that this new service will make LoadXtreme a better company.

GPS: A New Step for Better, Bigger and Brighter LOADXTREME

Corporate News (06/29/2007)

On 03 July 2007, Tuesday, GPS platform with unlimited access to prepaid products 24/7 will be available to GPS-enrolled PLX Subscribers.

MDs, Dealers and Retailers may sign-up to GPS Platform simply by sending a sms-command: PLX GPS to LoadXtreme Access Number.

PLX Subscribers will receive a notification sms stating successful GPS sign-up. However, previous PLX Load balance will be transferred as LoadWallet Repayment Fund. Available PLX Loads will be set to its default value - zero (0). LoadWallet Repayment Fund (LRFund) is PORTAL’s liability to PLX Subscribers and
will be partially paid upon PLX Load replenishment.

Rest assured that we will keep on pushing innovations to further serve and deliver all premiums associated with LoadXtreme®.

Please refer below for Frequently Asked Question.

What is GPS?

GPS stands for Guaranteed Product Supply that will provide a long-term, sustainable and 24/7 uninterrupted product supply and availability for all OTAs and PIN-Based products to all LX Subscribers.

Who can join GPS?

All existing PLX members (MDs, Dealers, and Retailers) are entitled to join the GPS program. Also, all newly signed-up LX Dealers and Retailers are automatically activated under GPS platform.

How to join GPS program?

An existing member of PLX must send a command similar below

PLX GPS PLXID PIK

Example: PLX GPS 5412345678 123456

SEND to the assigned GATEWAY.

Note : Starting June 27, 2007, New registrants need not send the registration command as they are automatically enrolled in the GPS program upon their registration.

What will happen to the remaining balance of an existing PLX member once they activate to GPS?

The load wallet of an existing PLX Dealer/Retailer will automatically be converted from being an “Available Balance” into “LRFund (Loadwallet Repayment Fund) Balance”. In other words, the GPS enrollment will transfer an account’s existing balance into LRFund which will be the basis of the systems repayment in the future. The load wallet’s available balance would be reset to zero (0) but will still be usable when a Reload is made into the account’s load wallet.

How can I retrieve my Loadwallet that was transferred to the LRFund?

The balance on LRFund will be credited back to your load wallet depending on your next reload transaction. Each time you make a reload, 10% percent of your reload deposit will be deducted from your LRFund and credited to your available load wallet. For example, if you deposit P1,000.00, the system will automatically deduct the amount of P100.00 from your LRFund. Thus, your total replenished load wallet will be P1,100.00.

Why can’t we use our existing PLX Load Wallet Immediately?

GPS platform is a totally new system that will require new Load Wallet from your succeeding reload deposits thru any PORTAL’s accredited banks and/or PORTAL’s office cashier to ensure all PLX products available at all times.

Why GPS?

GPS is a long-term solution to your load retailing business and assured product availability for all our PLX Subscribers. This program aims to separate earnings instantly converted into load wallets of MLM members from legitimate Dealers/Retailers’ load wallet.

GPS will ensure the highest availability possible for OTA and PIN-Based products by securing the inventory from drastic and rapid usage brought about by the rampant conversion of D2D Earnings into loadwallet.

Why LRFund?

LRFund is a guaranteed commitment of PORTAL in fulfilling its obligations to all LX subscribers. It recognizes your remaining PLX Load wallet and gradually be transferred into your available load wallet balance. By putting your load wallet into LRFund, you help Portal in maintaining stable service and protect the entire business, including yours.

Why not convert all our LRFund in available load wallet for GPS platform?

If we allow conversion of the entire LRFund to your available load wallet, we would not be able to separate the converted D2D earnings from legitimate load wallet replenishments. This will defeat the purpose of guaranteeing product supply for which the GPS program is designed for.

Transfers of Load Wallets

Non-GPS PLX Subscribers are NOT allowed to TRANSFER load wallets to a GPS activated LX Subscribers.

GPS PLX Subscribers are NOT allowed to TRANSFER load wallets to a Non-GPS PLX Subscribers.

New Website Look for LoadXtreme

LoadXtreme has a new website look. A user has two choices, between that of a Flash site or the old HTML one. I like the look of the new Flash site but I prefer the old, reliable HTML one.

I hope that with the new website will mean better service in the future.

The new LoadXtreme pricelist have been updated to reflect the newly added products and the adjustments in prices for some products. Take note that since March 20, 2007, the prices have been revised to give retailers and dealers higher income rate.

If you need more info regarding LoadXtreme business, contact details is on the upper-right corner. You can also leave your comments.

That is Business

It is no secret that aside from my LoadXtreme dealership, I own separate retailer SIM cards for both Globe and Smart. I am now quite familiar with the systems and adjust accordingly but there are still times when I get so frustrated because of extra expenses that can be avoided.

Want to know what I mean?

The Globe retailer SIM has a special menu encoded within so eloading transactions can be done. Last month, the menu for e-loading on my Globe retailer SIM ceased to function. I had the time to have it checked at their service center. The information given to me was that the SIM should be replaced and that I need to pay again another P270.00.

What?!?!? According to the CSR, the SIM is physically damaged. What?!?!? again. How come? I can use the regular functions such as call and text. How can the SIM be physically damaged? Was the program hard-coded? If it is then how come that it's only the e-loading function that is affected?

I have to choose. I still have quite an amount stored on my retailer SIM. It's like I am being forced to have my SIM replaced so I can dispose whatever is my current load wallet. I immediately decided to have it replaced.

Now, comes the next problem. The account is not registered under my own name as I bought it from a dealer. I do not have the authority to have the SIM replaced.
What's more disturbing is that I found out, the registered name is non-existent.

I told the dealer that if the SIM will be replaced, I want it registered under my name but he opposed it because of the many documentary requirements. So, there goes another P270.00 for a retailer SIM that I can not fully say I own.

That is business. Adjust or leave. Your choice.

Security Feature for LoadXtreme Website

I visit LoadXtreme's website everyday to do eloading. This is what I love about LoadXtreme. I can use the internet to do my business. It is not that I do not love my mobile phone but the keyboard is just a click away. Using the internet makes my life easier :)

Going back to LoadXtreme's website, security feature was added. Password entry must use the keypad provided. This measure is used in order to prevent keyloggers from recording the password entries. Before, I use my Magic Buttons to enter the details. Now, I need some extra clicks to enter my password but I do not complain. It just shows LoadXtreme's dedication in protecting their members.

More power LoadXtreme. :)

How to Join LoadXtreme Universal Prepaid Loading System

Click here for the updated How to Join VMobile Technologies Inc. / LoadXtreme Universal Prepaid Loading System

I've received several inquiries regarding LoadXtreme prepaid loading business this week and of course, I am just too happy to accommodate their questions. :D

Most of their questions are how to join LoadXtreme. I might have forgotten to post on how to become a LoadXtreme retailer and LoadXtreme dealer so I am going to summarize it here.

To become LoadXtreme retailer or LoadXtreme dealer
1) Pay your membership fee of Php 300.00 for retailer and Php16,000 for dealers to me. My contact details are listed on the top left corner of the screen. I accept bank deposits or we can personally meet. Bank details will be given when you are ready to deposit. Peso and dollars are both accepted.

2) Once payment is confirmed, your account will be immediately activated. You will also get your own ID number, PIK and gateway number.

3) Deposit at the accredited banks for your wallet load or through Smart Money Transfer. More bank accounts here.

  • Account Name: Portal Innovations Corp.
  • EPCI Bank: 0260-15567-9
  • RCBC Commercial Bank: 1223-357268
  • Asia Trust Bank: 1601-331043

After depositing, send an SMS message to LoadXtreme gateway.

  • PLX[space]RELOAD[space]LOADXTREMEID[space]PIK[space]AMOUNTDEPOSITED[space]BANKBRANCH[space]DATE[space]TIME

  • You can also load through dealers and other retailers. LoadXtreme recommends that a standard add-on rate of NOT more than 2% can be charged by a dealer or a retailer making the transfer.

  • For Smart Money Transfer
  • Portal's Smart Money No: 5577-5119-7681-1107
  • After making the transfer, send an SMS message to LoadXtreme gateway
    PLX[space]RELOAD[space]LOADXTREMEID[space]PIK[space]AMOUNTTRANSFER[space]SMARTMONEY#[space]DATE[space]TIME
Take note that you can only proceed with step no. 3 once your account is activated which takes only a few minutes.

4) Wait for your account to be updated during the day. Take note of the time that your deposit will be checked and placed in the system. I advice that you deposit a day ahead or make your deposits as soon as the bank opens.

Ramblings About LoadXtreme

I was at the office today then I remembered I posted the amount Php200,000.00 in my last blog post. I realized it might send others scramming away from LoadXtreme. Well, don't. You don't need that much to start a business with LoadXtreme. All you need is Php300.00 if you want to become a retailer.

I was able to accumulate that much from a very small capital. With the fast turnover of funds in LoadXtreme, it is not that hard to reach the amount. I can say that amount is still small considering I do the business part-time, a few hours a day, sometimes just a few minutes to go to the bank to replinish my load wallet.

Why did I choose to be a dealer instead of just a retailer? I want to have a passive income. That is the main reason. I only need few minutes a day, twice or thrice a week, in order to manage the LoadXtreme business.

LoadXtreme Business Update

It's been awhile since I made an update here. I've been busy with other activities but still worked on my e-loading business part-time.

Checking my records, I've already made a total credit of more than PHP 200,000.00. That's only the amount that I myself have deposited, reloaded or transferred to some of my retailers as a way to support them. There are those who preferred to do the banking themselves.

Business is still doing good and waiting for major services that may be offered soon.

If you are interested to be a retailer, just post a message here or you can send an SMS message to me. Contact number is on the upper right corner of this blog. I'll be giving away free LoadXtreme posters to new retailers.

Interesting Facts regarding Portal Innovations Corp and Load Xtreme

I attended the orientation program for Load Xtreme last Saturday and Henry was the speaker. I brought along my daughter and considering at her young age, the 2-hours session would have been a restless moment. But with Henry speaking, I found her smiling and laughing with the other participants.

What interested most of us was when he mentioned that Portal Innovations Corporation. initially offered the system to Globe Telecoms but was turned down. The same system was offered to Smart and Smart grabbed the opportunity. The system is now being offered as the Smart Autoload. Later on, Globe also used the same system and is now known as Globe AutoloadMax. Portal Innovations owns the patent for providing prepaid loads to mobile users via SMS message. Portal Innovations Corporation is the power behind the success of Load Xtreme.

Henry also mentioned additional and interesting services for the year 2007 so join us now :)

Benefits of Load Xtreme Prepaid Card Loading Business

Benefits of Load Xtreme Prepaid Card Loading Business

The holiday greetings caused congestion to the telecommunications networks and some mobile phone users have consumed their prepaid loads earlier than expected. Expecting congestions during peak hours, some have loaded their mobile phones ahead of time.

This did not exempt my retailers. The sent mobile text messages to me requesting me to load their mobile phones. So, I told them that instead of sending a message to me, they can use the SIM they used to text me.

Actually, when you are doing Load Xtreme prepaid loading station business, you can use any mobile phone and any SIM. You can even use the mobile phone of your customer. :)

Isn't that nice? This could mean that even a person without a mobile phone can do business.
