Globe System Down

I had a hard time e-loading Globe transactions since yesterday. I thought it was a temporary maintenance schedule by the Load Xtreme system because availability is intermittent. My retailers asked me why is it that they can not e-load via Globe. I told them, maintenance must still be going on.

Since I still have my retailer SIM for Globe, I asked for my load wallet to be reloaded. My dealer informed me that Globe is unavailable. Well, that solves my problem. It is not Load Xtreme that is undergoing maintenance after all. It is the Globe system itself.

By the way, Load Xtreme has more data servers for Globe transactions than it has for Smart. This is to handle the usual congestion with Globe system.
