@julie, if the format of the SMS command you sent and the info are correct, including spaces and slashes then you'll receive a confirmation that your request was received and will be reloaded. Instead of SMS, you may also request reload inside your online account. Be sure the include the bank, bank address and the bank reference number.

Expect at least 24 hours before your reload request will be processed so deposit and request one day ahead.
When reloaded, you will again receive a text message.

hi im a techno user, nag deposit ako sa BDO branch caloocan kahapon around 11am to reload my wallet, after i deposit it nag sms command ako ang nilagay kong branch ay yung sa caloocan branch tapos yung code nila, and they replied to me na int he next working day. then right after that i got confuse kc my nag sabi sakin na ang ilalagay na branch ay yung sa ADB Ave Ortigas and its code so nag sms command ulit ako kagabi. Until now wala pa rin yung load ko nag woworry ako baka masayang lang yung 1k ko.

Tama po iyong unang ginawa mo. If today, di mo pa rin nareceive, request mo na lang ulit. Use the Caloocan branch, specify which Caloocan branch and include the code at the bottom of the deposit slip.

Do not use the ADB Ortigas if you did not deposit there.

even if I use the ADB Ortigas acct. number??so ill put the Caloocan branch and it's code, hindi ba mawawala yun? halimbawa if I request again today makukuha ko yun tomorrow in this time din? or i'll wait muna til evening kung malolodan ako? tnx a lot.

VMobile will verify/cross check your reload request with the deposits made in their account by checking the date, time and BANK BRANCH/PLACE WHERE the money was deposited/came from.

If you place ADB Ortigas instead of the Caloocan branch or the place where you deposited, the data wouldn't match and they won't be able to process your reload request.

24hours is the advisory for reload requests but it may be processed sooner.

Payments received at the main office in Ortigas are processed sooner like in minutes and no more reload requests if you have time to visit them.
