How to Load Sun Prepaid Cards

Sometimes, you can't help but use a prepaid card instead of having the automatic loading offered by retailers. And then, you realize you don't know how to do it. I myself always search for the how to load sun prepaid card. As a reminder to myself, I am posting this now for me and for others who might need this.

To load Sun prepaid cards, you can choose from two convenients ways.

1. Via text confirmation
Dial *220#
Dial the 9-digit call card number and the 5-digit PIN then # sign.
Press SEND.
(Ensure that there are no spaces between characters)

2. Via voice instructions
Dial 220 and press SEND
Wait and follow the prompt
Key in the 9-digit call card number and 5-digit PIN
A voice will inform you of your updated balance.

You may want to confirm your balance after loading
Simply dial *221# then press SEND to receive a text update on your regular load balance

VMobile/LoadXtreme Loading Tips

Here are some of the steps or tips I can share to fellow VMobile members

1. Be sure to follow the correct format in your SMS commands. No extra spaces, no extra slashes. Most of the time, it's on the syntax why there is a delay in the crediting of load wallet.
   
2. The bank branch should be the branch where the deposit was made. I received many inquiries on why their load wallets have not yet arrived. Do not place ADB Ortigas Ave for the branch if you did not deposit at ADB Ortigas Ave.
   
3. If your mobile phone is secure, save the commands and just edit them when you have customer or when you need to request reload. You may leave out first the PIK if you are not the only user of your mobile phone.
   
4. If you deposit at the same bank for your load wallet, save the request reload on your mobile phone to save you time or lessen the possibility of committing an error when sending request reload SMS.
5. Anticipate and deposit a day before your load wallet becomes insufficient. Sometimes, although the balance are updated real time, details on the online account are not automatically updated causing the delay in the verification of your deposits, thus, also the delay in crediting.
6. I prefer using the internet when eloading.

VMobile M-Power SIM Now Available to Registered Users

I do most of my eloading transactions online so I have not really put much attention to the announcement that VMobile M-Power SIM is now available to registered users. I only got curious when, while waiting for the business orientation seminar to start, I heard another VMobile member shared his experience in using the SIM.

It is a fact that to be able to use VMobile, you need to be familiar with the product codes. With the VMobile M-Power SIM, the menu which is similar to that of traditional loader SIMs is already available reducing the hassle of eloading. I wonder why VMobile had taken so long before they introduced this feature.

How much is the cost of VMobile M-Power SIM?
If you are to purchase from the main office (not sure if this is available at the IBCs), it only costs P50. Cheap right? It is just like buying a new ordinary SIM. If you do not have the means to visit the main office, then you can only purchase online for P150 including delivery charge. Proxy buying at the main office is not allowed.

What do you need to know about the VMobile M-Power SIM?
The SIM is permanently tagged to a specific member ID. Any VMobile transactions using this SIM such as eloading, load wallet transfer, etc. will be reflected to the account of the tagged member.

Are members required to purchase VMobile-powered SIM?
No. It is the option of the members whether they purchase or use the VMobile-powered SIM or continue using their old SIMs. Or use both.

How to purchase VMobile M-Power SIM?
Be sure you have at least P150 in your load wallet before purchasing. P50 will be for the SIM and P100 for the delivery charge

1. Log on to your online account using your Member ID and PIK.
2. Under Main Menu -> Navigation Tools, click the 'Shopping Cart' option.
3. Select 'VMobile SIM' from the Products List by clicking 'Add'.
   
4. Click 'Check-out now' icon when you are satisfied with your order.
5. Fill out the information needed. Confirm that your delivery address details are accurate for hassle-free delivery. Mobile number information is also mandatory.
6. Click 'Finalize' button to confirm transaction. A reference number will be provided and sent to your email address.

LoadXtreme / VMobile Change Mobile Number

I received several queries on how they can request PIK if they already changed their mobile numbers so I asked the customer service.

If the mobile number of a retailer has changed and has forgotten the PIK, where can the scanned copy of ID and request to change mobile number and resend PIK be sent?

If you can not personally visit the main office, here is another way.

Greetings!

For change of mobile number, we need you to provide us a letter of request with signature and a copy of valid ID with signature of the original owner.

Changes will be made within the day. You may email it at service@vmobile.com.ph or fax it at (632)7063818. Then we will send the PIK code through your new registered mobile number.
